Might be there could be million reasons but IAF isn't one. Are you sure it was F7? i mean did you saw them or someone told you?

Yes I m sure as I saw them very low flying many times

why such big light in front of jet? do they use it to see clouds at night or just for landing and takeoff

I live in Karachi, I used to identify Mirage from its nose Light , JF17s by blikcing new lights ... have seen Mirage from childhood but did nt know planes name till College

It not nose light but landing gear light, well below the nose cone

What is F7 doing there? If i am not wrong PAF base Faisal has engineering wing there solely responsible for overhaul for F7 engines.Could it be this reason. Otherwise Mirage and Thunders are there in PAF Massror. Could anyone tell me am i missing something?thanks

I can assure you that those F-7s are not at base Faisal, that is why I thought that some exercise is going on.

yeah i know, but in Childhood i thought its Headlight of Plane

I'm not sure about F7 in first plane, it looked more like JF-17, rest were Mirage's.
