No 10 Sqn (Bulls) was first raised as an Ops Conversion Unit of B-57 bombers at Mauripur on 15 August 1959. The training unit was later named as No 10 Squadron.

In December 2009, Bulls were re-equipped with IL-78 aircraft to assume the task of air to air refulling, enhancing the Ops capability of PAF manifold. Beside PAF, the Sqn has provided its services to friendly air forces as well.
