Bhai, you've got it so so wrong.
1. Independent foreign policy is essential at any cost. Our nation has only bettered itself when under pressure. When we have had weak leaders they've bowed down, taken money and left the nation weak.
The JF-17 we fly today is only a reality because we decided to forsake F16s for nuclear weapons. Those sanctions forced us to develop JF17. They forced us to develop our missiles, our Al Khalid etc. If we could have bought cheap sh1t from America and Europe today we'd not have any of that. We'd also have a nuclear armed neighbour who'd have taken our territory.
You think Russia is defeated? How? They occupy Ukraine with a tiny force of 200,000 soldiers. Russia has a 1.2 million man army. They have about 1100 fighter aircraft. They've not deployed everything because they intend to occupy the Eastern part forever, so want to limit damage.
And China is on the up and up. They will be the world's leading superpower in 20-30 years time. They have the economic might to do so.
The USA has betrayed us at every turn. We only need a relationship with them because they're a large economy and because they are a bully, so you need some sort of relationship with them.
We can't trust them though.
