some of them websites are puny websites.
i remember during some ethical hacking course we used to hack other colleges and university website by doing some fake sh8t.

whatever the thing is ip is always traced and so is the physical address of the machine.
some of the websites charge you for hiding your ip and assurance is given that they won't give up your ip but in cases like this these kind of website are forced to give ip's.

in other words let's see what israel has got
