IK has been in the PM seat for 1.5 years so his actions during this tenure can be questioned. His personal wealth etc can be questioned on. Already he has been fully interrogated by SC on his personal wealth and that was before being elected as PM.

However everyone's home life is a private matter and no one has a right to question on that as long as no law is broken.

Application of Law is to be the same on all.

And law doesn't say 'you are accused of being a father of this child, and it's on you to prove otherwise'!!
