You would orbit around the Galactic Black hole at the center of the milky-way. Frozen solid and ionized by cosmic radiation, likely cause of death: lack of oxygen and hypothermia. You are trapped in the Shapley Superclusters gravitational pull. There's no escape unless you're traveling at the speed of light or faster.Suppose .
I am directly above the Sun far enough to stay away from its gravity .
Since Universe is expanding at rates greater than speed of light , Will I still be above the Sun or Will Sun move further in space . Is it just like Flying Helicopter and keeping it stationary in hopes of reaching Delhi from Jammu but because Earth as a whole is moving , We are moving with it too , SO we end up at the same place .
I will be able to observe the movement of Planets but will I be able to see the movement of Space and Solar System itself ?
What effect does an Expanding Universe/Space has on the travel of probes from Earth ?
Can we create a static zone in Space ?
Do we float in space due to lack of gravity or due to the expanding space
You either remain free floating in this galaxy like a rogue planet or captured by another stars gravity.
I hope your being relative because everything is in motion. The universe is expanding but the sun isn't moving and neither is any planet or star. You would still be in the exact same position throughout the entire process and so would the sun and all the planets and stars.
