The rising oil prices is in accordance to rising oil price all over the world and is effect of Iran sanctions.

Good decision, oil prices in the international market have gone up, they were left with no choice. Also shameful government of PML N left all these unpopular decisions for the care takers to take so as to prevent themselves from the embarrassment.
