No but atleast break relations with Israel, remove their ambassadors, those who recognise Israel should not recognise anymore. That is the least OIC can do.

Most Muslim countries dont have relations and ambassadors in Israel.

Many Muslim countries have already had strategic cooperations with both China and Russia.

No, it is not puppet organization. It is already a good organization. This is an asset, it can grow and become better in the future. What OIC is doing is already good thing under its limitation over this issue.
