This is 58th new strategy.. bound to Fail like 57 before that.

who is fighting terror in Afghanistan.
they are building bases in North Afghanistan and spent millions in creating them only to
1. to have access to Central Asian oil & gas reserves.
2. to encircle china
3. to snatch market from Chinese
In their greed they have made our region worst then hell
They have convinced Russia Against China.
But they should remember 48% of their treasury bonds are property of China. and the way Chinese dragon has risen, it will prevail
