It gives me great joy to see passionate young engineers, especially Pakistani women getting involved in science & tech.

Pakistan has always produced brilliant engineers, tbh. The institutions have mostly let them down. NUST is a bright beacon right now for engineering in Pakistan with a heavy emphasis on research. GIKI has lost quite a bit of its prestige but it is still a very good school. LUMS' SSE isn't bad at all either but they are too new and could really use a stronger focus on research.
