She's being hysterical. I quite understand that it may be distressing for her personally but she is one reaction out of how many vaccinations?
For her to try to discourage people from taking the vaccination is beyond irresponsible.
People are dying in their thousands every day.
A reaction to a vaccine here or there is expected.
I believe those symptoms are recognised and are believed to be temporary.

Time will tell. she can get paralysed permanently. I have had relative that took injection then become disbled for life.
