China is currently destroying their land mines.

Anyway, it could be possible that China could of built nuclear mines, and if they are real, they would of been from the 70's, placed within the Sino-Indian, Mongolian, Soviet, Vietnamese border.

But, this is just fantasy.

It's from Weibo, a site similar to facebook. I wouldn't put too much stock into since people tends to say all sorts of weird things on it.
