yes dude he is right world moving liquid fuel BM to solid fueled ones in 60 only few countries have liquid fuel BM like China/Russia/Iran/Pakistan/India/North Korea its take hours to refuel liquid fuel BMs just before firings because of corrosive nature of fuel, That's why solid fuel BMs/ICBM developed by superpowers in 60s, ready to fire within minutes when launch order will comes from higher commands, whereas liquid fuel BMs didn't had this capability to launch at will but Liquid fuel BMs have one advantage they carried more payloads/Warheads then sold fuel one because they have higher ISP or thrust ratio per payloads, look are space launch vehicles they are mostly liquid fueled because they higher payloads capabilities than solid fueled space launch vehicles (hundreds of kilograms (solid fueled) versus thousands of kilograms (Liquid fueled))Well do you have a source to support your claims ??
