Not only Japan but like-minded others also hope for free elections in Bangladesh

Japanese Ambassador to Dhaka Ito Naoki believes that the upcoming national elections of Bangladesh will be more transparent and participatory than the past. According to him, a good election is possible if the government and the Election Commission are sincere.

Not only Japan, like-minded countries also have the same idea about the upcoming elections. The Japanese ambassador said this in an interview broadcast on a private television yesterday. Ito Naoki was the subject of a lot of discussion when he talked about the 2018 election in a recent event.

Referring to his firm position in that speech, the ambassador said, not only me, but all those who are of the same mind hope that the upcoming elections in Bangladesh will be transparent and participatory. We think that if the government and the Election Commission all work together, the next election will be better than the last election.

At that time, the ambassador said that the Prime Minister's visit to Japan was postponed, and he hoped that the visit would take place as soon as possible. Although recently, due to the turbulent internal politics of the country, the visit is not taking place at the scheduled time, the Minister of Foreign Affairs said. AK Abdul Momen. In this regard, the Japanese ambassador said that the two countries will benefit from the visit of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

we are working In any case, it will be soon we hope. Our friendship will deepen. Will move from bilateral to strategic level. Our relationship will go a long way in promoting peace, security in the Indo-Pacific region. Hoping to take our relationship to a unique height. Our two countries have ample opportunities to work towards development through friendship, partnership and cooperation.

Bravo Naoki San !!

Finally a gutsy statement from a diplomat who is a true friend of Bangladesh who wants to see a bright future for us. The same for China - another major friendly power to the East of us !

Do not you like India when Indian posters are ready to cross the border to vote for Hasina's BAL party?

Note their tones. They are quite disturbed to know that BAL days are gone and Hasina Bibi will be out of power.

But, why they are worried about some other parties coming to power in BD? BD's armed forces remain weak. Thanks to BAL policy. It will remain so for the next five years before the economy rebounds to its former level.

However, I personally do not think any other govt will opt for a head-on collision with India. But, India must learn lessons and understands its position vis-a-vis BD.

Ambassador Naoki san was called by Shahriar Alam the deputy FM to reprimand him for saying about vote-stealing last time election.

But, Naoki does not care what that small guy says. Our Alga Momen and his deputy both are similarly built as born idiots. No knowledge about their standing.

Our Alga Momen was telling the other day, an ambassador's rank is below Secretary and certainly not equivalent to a minister. Therefore, they are not eligible to talk about BD elections.

@bluesky bhai, I think a lot of Bangladeshis here misunderstand me.

I am not looking for our army. navy and airforce to have skirmishes or war with India.

It is an impossibility.

However we must have enough "defence" capability to prevent any stupidity on Indian side that causes misadventures.

As long as Indians respect our independence, I have no problem with them. But they do not.

Indian strategists have a notion that Bangladesh will lay over like a dog and play dead when ordered.

That is not what will happen.1971 was supposed to be a lesson for India too, it would have taken us maybe a year more or two years without India, but victory would've been ours.

Indians were such cowards that they did not dare set foot inside East Pakistan during monsoon, Maneckshaw knew.

Instead they put out the propaganda that they won the war.

If they want to - let them underestimate us. Good for us.

We have to understand why India supported an independent BD. Joint Pakistan was seen as deadly by India, a two-front fight.

This is why BD should form a working relationship with Pakistan. It will be a nightmare for India to contest on two fronts simultaneously. So, India will be unable to dominate us.

Now, India can threaten Pakistan because it knows BD is less than impotent, especially when BAL is in power. If BD is strong and truly independent, India will have to mobilize 500,000 troops around BD when it wants to advance toward Pakistan.

No military trusts another neighboring military. IA will not trust even a peaceful BA.

So, it will be almost impossible for India to attack either BD or Pakistan. I wish our next civilian govt people understand this small math.

But, these BAL bastards want a submissive BD to please their Indian master.
