Oslo, Feb 5, 2009 -- 16-year-old Norwegian Pakistani Boy, Etzaz Hussain is to play soccer for Manchester United, the of the biggest football club in the world over the next three and a half years. Manchester United have followed Langhus-boy Etzaz in two years. Now it is unusual soccer talent ready for one of the world's famous football clubs.

Great going. His example will spur more South Asians to take up football professionally. I can only remember Michael Chopra and Vikash Dhorashoo as the last subcontinent origin players to play internationally.

and funny thing is no newspapir tell he is from Pakistan :) They present him proudly as Norwegian but if he was member of AQ or any other terror grp they would call him Pakistani :)

Its thanks to Norway and Norwegain system he is united player today but i dont like this double standard

Pakistani govt. and more importantly Pak media should use this opportunity to counter the predominantly negative news stories attributed to Pakistan.

Very true thats the double standard policy of such countries When you do something good you become their national and when you do something bad you are mentioned with your origin.
