North and South Ossetia country flags

Site manager needs to add the Ossetian national flags in the country flag selection. They should at least add North Ossetia that is an independent nation even if it is under Russia control. Ossetians are a very important Iranic people that need our support.

Please take this into consideration. Thanks.
