No trade with India till Kashmir issue resolved: Nizami
LAHOREEditor-in-Chief The Nation and Chairman Nazria Pakistan Trust Majid Nizami has praised the governments decision regarding ban on onion export to India saying there should be no trade with India till the settlement of Kashmir dispute.
While addressing an Ideological Training Workshop for teachers at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan, he said: Earlier, India had separated East Pakistan and now is supporting separatists in Balochistan.
The NPT and Punjab Education Department jointly organised the workshop. Vice-Chairman NPT Prof Dr Rafique Ahmad, Prof Sarfraz Hussain Mirza, Prof Humayun Ahsan and Prof Muzaffar Mirza also addressed.
Majid Nizami said the rulers should tell Hindus that either give us Kashmir or be ready to face war.
On the other hand, he observed that a war between the two countries on water issue is possible. India was building dams on our rivers and aimed at to turn Pakistan into desert, he added. Similarly, he said has no doubt over the hostility of US towards Pakistan.
There was no doubt that the US was our among our biggest enemy and did not want to see a nuclear and developed Pakistan, Nizami added.
He said that the teaching was the most respectable profession and the teachers should inform the youth about the conspiracies against the country.
He said that they should tell the youth that Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah were our real national heroes.
He said Bengalis were patriotic yet Sheikh Mujeeb had misled them.
