Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait give multi-billion dollars business to US military and NATO.

Why no Muslim voice in the United Nations Security council (UNSC) ?

If that's the arguement then why shouldn't Israel have a permanent seat?
And why stop there? North Korea, the only Juche state in the world, is also excluded. And what about Jamaica? We can't leave Rastafarians without a voice.

ten non-permanent members elected for two-year terms by the General Assembly (with end of term date):

Jordan (2015)
Malaysia (2016)
Nigeria (2015)

Saudi Arabia was offered a seat two years ago and turned it down because "Work mechanisms and double-standards on the Security Council prevent it from carrying out its duties and assuming its responsibilities in keeping world peace" link

The implication is that no Muslim-majority country wants to take responsibility for the mess much of the Muslim World is in right now - and KSA has been using its considerable influence at the U.N. to keep other Muslim-majority countries from seeking an SC seat.

Saudi Arabia rejected a two-year seat on the United Nations Security Council, just a day after it was elected to that seat. The officially stated reason is that:

[..] the manner, the mechanisms of action and double standards existing in the Security Council prevent it from performing its duties and assuming its responsibilities toward preserving international peace and security as required.

The failure of the Council in Syria was highlighted in particular:

Allowing the ruling regime in Syria to kill its people and burn them with chemical weapons in front of the entire world and without any deterrent or punishment is clear proof and evidence of the U.N. Security Council’s inability to perform its duties and shoulder its responsibilities

Yet as a non-permanent member, Saudi Arabia would have little power to affect votes given that five states (the U.S., China, France, the U.K. and Russia) have veto power (the ability to block any resolution).

Saudi Arabia often votes against the U.S. on U.N. General Assembly resolutions. But those are symbolic resolutions.

Keep relegion out of this.

Religion is easy to hijack and this is the problem with the thekadars of all the religions.
