Their production quota is around 10 a year and I don’t think any have been sold to the general public (mostly just investors) as it is not street legal in many countries (no bumpers etc)

Meanwhile the Tesla Roadster starts public sales this year. It is street legal.

How either the EP9 or the Roadster compares performance-wise is not going to help either of the companies stay in business. These are just fluff cars. Even the laferrari is just a fluff car as Ferrari builds close to 10,000 other models a year to stay in business.

Tesla is aiming to surpass Bugatti Veyron in the performance aspects with its new Roadstar and trials of a prototype indicate as much. This is huge leap and expectation in the EV department, particularly in the light of the fact that EV cars are much inferior than fuel cars on average around the world. Only Tesla is able to bridge this gap so far.
