This man does this to a stranger. He attacks a random man. It is sickening. I am shocked that people can not understand that it's wrong to attack random people for no reason.

This reminds me of another video I saw of a guy getting attacked in NYC, and if I am not wrong, the cops consider it a "harassment" not an "assault", see the video and decide yourself

That video honestly is upsetting to me. The man is just doing a silly Livestream thing and they punch him without just reason. It is clearly an assault.

It does happen but NYC isnt as gritty or crime ridden it once was in the 90s
