New thread starters

Should be some criteria for those who start threads. Because most of time new member walk in and start writing on black board without knowing what they are doing or knowing the basic rules of posting threads, member should have atleast 25 or more post before starting thread. Thats how he/she would know the standards of this forum.

Introduction section/new members is exempted from introductory post.

There should be no thread started without the writers personal input and research and no paste and post kind of stuff unles news story.

And threads should be started in the correct sections too, Fatman sir gets very upset when that doesn't happen
