So you admit india is the culprit in atleast one of the cases.
What culprit? Junagadh acceded to Pakistan - they became your responsibility. Your country failed to send troops or any other material and the Nawab fled - the only culprits are the Nawab and Pakistan. India entered only after it was requested to enter and conducted a plebiscite.
Muslim majority areas. We went for the spirit and not the technicality. If we went by technicality then the map of India will look significantly different than today.
Although I would prefer visiting Junagardh and Sasan Gir and interact with the Maldharis who my forefathers encountered during their travels across India.
This is not true because Jinnah tried his best to convince the rulers of Jaisalmer and Bikaner to accede to Pakistan despite there being a Hindu majority.
He also happily accepted Chittagong Hill Tracts in East Pakistan which was over 90% Non-Muslim.
