I wouldn't say this project is under construction yet. It is still in the advanced proposal and preliminary feasibility stage.

I would also add that you cannot have trees in the runway and feeder systems as the render shows... it's a safety and I believe IATA / ICAO forbid it (needs reference)...

Construction is about to start in a month or so.

It's not seen to be like this here in Lahore. Tree's in airport are not quite acceptable. This type of print of an airport is not in mind of anyone.
