Just how would that resolve Pakistan's economic problems given where it is standing?

Honestly that the best possible team anyone can think of for such situation only issue with past of Hafeez Sheikh because of PPP (even he was forced by GEN Kiyani) and Shabbar Zaidi (again PPP issue) but on value of their qualifications and past achievement hard to imagine any better than them.Hope neek irady sy karain gy tu Allah barkat dy ga @ps3linux @Reddington @Mangus Ortus Novem @Khafee

I will reserve my comment for later. I only see a storm of inflation, poverty and unemployment that is about to hit us.
By year's end, it is likely that rupee will be 180 to a dollar.
We need results.

Your's and other skepticism is quite understandable all matter on result and if they don't get proper support not even angels can deliver but unlike common peoples everyone from financial and business sectors was seeing,predicting and shouting to do something about hit for last 2 years and more but now the storm hit us its first of gust .All i m saying at least its first step in right direction.About dollar value we all know soon(and predict) its gonna cross 150 but expected max 165 till end of this year rough times ahead

Right from the start, it was realized that Pakistan’s economy is in dire straits and something urgent needs to be done to fix it. However, thus far we had seen no definite strategy or direction from the PTI gov’t and it was becoming clear that the task was a couple of sizes too big for the economic team headed by Assad Omer. For nearly 8 months the gov’t could not even decide about going to the IMF?

Most would agree that Dr Hafiz Sheikh is respected Economist, Dr. Reza Baqir has a Ph.D. in Economics from Berkeley and achieved a high post in the IMF based on merit. Shabbar Zaidi is a Chartered Accountant of repute and considered an expert on Taxation who has thus far been critical of the PTI fiscal policies.

While no one can be certain that the new team would be able to fix the situation; it is obvious that Kaptaan is making genuine efforts towards this end by replacing the existing team with competent & knowledgeable persons who may be able to deliver. Extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary measures and a strong spine to put these in practice. Only time will tell whether this team and Kaptaan have got what it takes to fix Pakistan’s economic woes.

In the meantime, all of the Pakistani nation is keeping a close watch on this matter and we would know the economic direction within a couple of months. I would suggest we pray that they succeed.

Sir still better than Moeen Qureshi jin ka emergency main NIC banwana par giya tha btw dual nationality tu ek maslah aab politicians ky liye rakhna aab tu sab UAE ka aqama laity hain so adalt sy bachay rahin chahye PMLN waly hn yah PPP waly.Who says our politicians never learns ?

Sir baat aap ki 110% sahi hai jiss ky pass dual nationality hu,jin ki families rehti,parthi aur business bhi bahar hu woh Pakistan ky muqlis kaisy ho sakty hain one of reason of our bad schools and hospitals as them and their families got the better options abroad par yeh baat iss mulk ky loog samjhain jo inhi hi ghoom phir ky vote daity hain.And that disease sirf politicians main nahi mashallah hamari bureaucracy ky babu loog bhi peechay nahi.I was not joking about aqama,after that disqualification by SC on dual nationality most politician choose that way UAE is fav spot the whole PPP top in Sindh govt got that.One funny thing the court order to govt for dateline about dual nationality of civil servants put in cold storage now its nearly 6 months but sarkari babu aisaa pee gaye uss order ko jaisy kabhi tha hi nahi

Sir yehi baat last year before elections PTI walo ko samjhaa raha thaa maat lu yeh govt jo ly ga maary ga (as its was obvious in all economic circles payment time was ahead but unka shoq khatam nahi huwaa now welcome on Iron throne full of sharp swords but that is the first change by IK(outside and internal pressure not counting ) so give it some time

What would have happened had PMLN or PPP taken the reigns again?
With enemies on all side and no money, Did you want to see images like these of Pakistan?
