"Stealth" is a relative term --- relative to the defender's radar picking up enough of a radar cross section to be able to reliable detect and track a target till a missile can hit it. If it is stealthy enough to achieve that vs. Iranian air defenses (at a range that it can launch stand off weapons against such air defenses and other critical defense infrastructure), then it is considered "stealth."
