Instead of blame game one needs not look beyond how long it takes to construct a power plant... Be it hydro.. Coal.. Thermal... Wind or solar...
Factor in the time required for feasibility and the financial closure and you can have a fair idea of what pmln has done in 3 yrs or how much tine has been wasted by them.
Point being..
Pmln is an organization or a party of idiots. But i would gladly accept them over ppp on any given day or time period.
Ppp is a master of blame game... Look busy do nothing...and playing a victim card
Whereas pmln is a party of road makers... Bridge constructors... Show off or eye wash projects and lately power plants construction at exuberant markups or ROI.
Both parties suck big time in the vision / feasibility and physical work done for long term and projects of strategic or national importance. CPEC is NOT a pmln project ... Its a project of chinese government in the tenure of a less INcompetent government.
Hence my earlier point....
Amongst pppp and pmln .. Since both parties stink but if i have to live with one i would select pmln as the stench is bearable

Bro,

Asad Umer is right, because PML N not depending upon electricity produced by Furnace Oil, almost 12000 MW projects on the way most of them are from Coal, Wind, Nuclear.
