Pakistani sincere citizens Needed Immediate Action Plan to Control Corruption on Development & Economic Projects.
Because trillions of $ are invested on Development Projects in every 6 month in ADP and NIT.
BUT EVERY EMPLOYEE OF WORKERS & SERVICES DEPARTMENT! IN EVERY DIVISION! AND PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT! And IRRIGATION DEPARTMENT etc are the main part of huge corruption of trillions of rupees whether he is Cheif Engineer , XEN , SDO , Survey Officer, Clerk to Peon!!!!!
when ever Government Contractors are winning any Government Contracts through bid competition after that , their is the trend Contractors must have to pay 5% to 8%! for work order after that , when contractors are receiving bill (amount cheque) then contractors must have to pay 15%!
Because of that every contractor is not providing 1:8 inested of 1:4 ratio of concrete etc . Because every contractor is providing minimum 20% amount to DEPARTMENT office 7.5% fbr Tax and greedy contractors also need 15% for his own profit! instead of 5%.
Minimum 42.5% amount of Development fund is not used for development!
The amount of office 20% is distributed among Chif Engineer , XEN , SDO , Surveyor, Clark, Darogo to Peon! and also this amount is distributed to Tratreasury office, and some time to MPA , MNA and DC!
Because of that every year we are trying to devlop same areas!
If any Contractor is not working with corrupt system then SDO and surveyor are coming to the close site work by creating different issues to stop the work!
We need change this system to see Pakistan as most developed and economically strong Country.
We will achieve high level success in every feid , even we will achieve success to find water and other creatures in space!!! but 1st step is to be economically stornger , strongest!!!
