Need help getting internet connections with IP pools.

I guess I have run out of places to ask with no answer so I should try my luck here as well. I am in need of two corporate connections for a server we are running in Lahore. One connection is Primary with 4 IP pool and the other is Secondary or backup in case first one drops with the same config of 4 IP pool with a little less bandwidth. We were previously using Link.net but they are being bought over by PTCL and they are charging unreal amount of money to continue the same setup.



My question is if there are other ISP's in the Lahore DHA area which would entertain us in terms of giving us high upload instead of download with 4 IP pool?



What would be my best course of action here?



We are also willing to get 4- 6 other connections with static IP and high upload in 3 other cities if they want to make a package deal.



I called WiTribe and they do not offer corporate connections. Any help in this matter would be great. Thanks.
