I am not in Pakistan, so I can't really recommend any phones in that price range. From the list you have provided us, I would suggest that you opt for the Google Nexus S. It's still supported & has probably already received the Android Jelly Bean update. The hardware specifications are good for that price range as well. As far as I know; the Samsung Galaxy S isn't receiving any more Android updates. This means that Galaxy S users won't benefit from the latest features available on the Android platform, thus; it should be avoided. I am not really fond of the Symbian operating system running on the Nokia phones you mentioned, so I wouldn't recommend buying them either.

Nokia lumia 800 price has crashed, costs around 150 gbp now. Dont know the price in pakistan.
It has got windows (7.5 I guess), and quite cute.

don't go for nokia n8 or e6.. they have good camera n features but they hv old platform..

also check htc, sony , or nokia latest smart phone series, some of them are good..

I didn't mean Smart Phones sector. Nokia still have their market share in lower end mobiles & feature phones. Their no frills ASHA series is a hit and in my place if you are looking for exchange you better have a Nokia or Samsung or get ready to take a rock bottom price for your existing mobile.

My friend bought samsung galaxy ace with about 8,000 Indian rupees with 5MP camera. The phone is very light in weight.
