I was waiting eagerly for this film and I wanted to watch. But I'm really disappointed that the producer and director Rana Waqar Hasan has failed miserably. It didn't do great on the box office and he couldn't even figure out how to sell it online i.e. iTunes, Netflix, Youtube (movies - paid)... so it means he is not well versed with technology or his film was not worth it. A very bad quality video has been uploaded to youtube which is an insult to watch on a home cinema/theatre system.
Asher Azeem was able to sell his Maalik on iTunes and I bought it so as to support him and now I can watch it. Having accounts on Netflix, HBO, C More, Plejmo and iTunes and still I can't watch this movie is really a shame.
I heard a few of the actors saying that they won't like to work again with Waqar Hasan though they didn't elaborate the reasons but he is among the lowest repute directors / producers despite having the talent to flying choppers.
