He provided personal guarantee to court so that Nawaz can get bail. Federal govt insisted on Rs 7 billion as guarantee but he pleaded that he will provide his personal guarantee after which Nawaz fled signing Rs 50 paper. Now that Nawaz has refused to come back his guarantors should be put behind bars who helped him escape. It was a legally binding document.

Lets see what PTI government does, lets see how serious they are about bringing Nawaz back. Nawaz might use Covid-19 or poor health as an excuse to not come back, if that don't work he will use persecution, then he might seek asylum. U.K might protect Nawaz due to human rights/ European human rights treaty.
