1)Regarding him being a fugitive it is well known he messed up with the wrong bunch,who are hell bound making him an example along with the nation.
The story is Raheel and others asked for the major chunk in the PIE(cake). He politely refused. They asked again he tried to make them understand,let the GDP grow to 7%(5.2% then) as to our neighbours than you can claim a bigger share. They refused and made an example out of him. Presently the cake is on the floor and they are collecting whatever is left over.
2)I can bet if Dar is given a chance he can turnover the economy in a matter of weeks.
a)All world rating agencies and banks hailed his achievements that are not fools including Standards and poors,Finch,Moodys,ADP and World bank.
b) domestic investors trusted his policies and hence the PSE at 54400.
c)The debt was used for repayment of old debt,fiscal balance,infrastructure and energy,building reserves and paying trade deficits.
d)The only thing that ruined the economy was political instability and manipulations.
