Nawaz Sharif about lose his case - PTI has received Contract of Sale dated 1992

Mian Nawaz Shareef is about to lose his case in Supreme Court of Pakistan. PTI has received contract of sale through the lawyer who had sold London Flats to Nawaz Shareef's owned companies back in 1992. N-League has already acknowledged ownership of Neilson and Nescol companies which hold these flats.

If provided evidence is true, Nawaz Shareef (and family) stands convicted in multiple cases.

1. Article 63 and 64 which demand Prime Minister to be honest and truthful, which he is not. He has lied in Parliament and before the Supreme Court, both leading to disqualification as PM.
2. Disqualification from National Assembly for not submitting correct tax returns since 1992.
3. Legal prosecution for money laundering and earning money beyond declared means.

Two other pending cases include;

1. Dawn Gate where Mian Nawaz Shareef and his daughter Maryam Nawaz Shareef are said to be involved in carving and publishing false news against Armed Forces.
2. Model Town Massacre where Mian Nawaz Shareef, Shahbaz Shareef and Rana Sana are alleged in FIR and proven involved by the findings of judicial commission.

To me, Mian Nawaz Shareef is standing "dead horse". For his own benefit, he should be laid to rest with respect - else his flesh would fall down regardless.

I agree its not pti job to get evidence...
But this evidence is very hard to get in legally presentable form... u have to go through a uk court.. which may decline your application...
Leaked documents have no legal value... as they cannot be submitted in any court

I hope they're able to bring such evidence to the table, would turn the whole case upside down. Its been two days and he hasn't really shared this on twitter or anything. Just wondering.

Nothing is happening - Supreme Court of Pakistan has never ruled against Sharif's - it's a known fact. If Sharif was in PPP - then it was possible.

All of us know what has already happened behind the scenes and it may come out soon too (re two judges and then departure of CJ on 29th December 2016 - new bench will not be formed till March/April 2017) - but also what has happened to Justice Malik Qayyum (Telephone Conviction Judge - lol) and Justice Farrukh Irfan (Sitting Judge in Lahore High Court - lol) who have named companies operating in Panama Leaks ? They are still honorable - are not they?!?

How can we be so naive to think that this system whose top notch Judges including Rafiq Tarrar and Justice Afzal Lone who had impeccable record of impartiality were tainted with kickbacks / postings / patronage to not only themselves but to their sons and son in laws. Seriously - do you believe justice will be served? Not a chance - unfortunately!

Some of us want to believe that Sharif's are untouchable in the garb of the clout and tweaking of laws topped with institutionalized corruption and these people ask for evidence and shuts out leaks as evidence in court of law - fully knowing that systematic breakdown has big role to play in current state of Pakistan and those defending this "system" can find themselves at the receiving end of the failure of this system - I would be interested in hearing their arguments at that time - when they fall prey and have to face the music of the prevalent system in Pakistan
