As stated in different comments. This could be the Qatar's "Help" Pakistan has received from Prince's visit to Pakistan.
IF Ghulam Hussain is referring to the same money given by the Qatari Sheikh then it is a very alarming news.

1- It shows that Qataris are still behind dacoit Nawaz and his daughter Maryam.
2- It means that Nawaz businesses in Qatar and through it are very big, way big than $6 bn dollars. This means that IhtesaburRehman is doing good on the stolen money from Pakistan.
3- It also means that Maryam would be more embolden and more involved rather bossing Pakistani politics. Knowing the character of this woman, she would finish Pakistan as we know it. We should all be on our guards.
