NATO Survey from 2013 Reveals 70 Percent of Syrians Support Assad
'Assad must go' says the West - but do Syrians want him to?
"Dictator", "regime", "ruler who kills his own people." This is the kind of rabble-rousing sophistry that the German “Lügenpresse” (lying press) uses to demonize the government of the legitimate Syrian President, who refuses to cow tow to the global dictates of the United States. Therefore this leader must be eliminated through the use of violence and terror. German “journalists” have prepared, aided, and willingly participated in the cover up of a crime which has resulted in thousands of deaths and unimaginable misery.
What the German lying press has deliberately withheld for years is the immense support that the Syrian president enjoys among the Syrian people today. There have been repeatedly large demonstrations in support of Assad. If these demonstrations were anything but supportive, he would not have been able to endure as Head of State for as long as he has.
The latest survey by [a U.K.-based market research firm, ORB international, from June 10 to July 2] reveals that, out of those parts of the country surveyed, 47% of the people are behind the President. This was an inconvenient truth which was purposefully kept quiet by the warmongering [German] press. But that's not all. As early as May 2013, NATO had gathered its own data in Syria which came to the same supportive conclusion; only their data revealed that 70% (!) of the Syrians stood behind Assad. A May 31st article from 2013 at Worldtribune.com reported:
“The people are sick of the war and hate the jihadists more than Assad,”
a Western source familiar with the data said. “Assad is winning the war
mostly because the people are cooperating with him against the rebels.”
The data, relayed to NATO over the last month, asserted that 70 percent
of Syrians support the Assad regime. Another 20 percent were deemed neutral and the remaining 10 percent expressed support for the rebels."
[Author emphasizes in German] Not more than 10% of all Syrians polled support the „rebels.“
This survey was withheld by the German lying press in order to be able to continue supporting the crime that the US and its minions had long since planned in advance. One can never stop reiterating: the warmongers of the German lying press are jointly liable for the ongoing mass murders, the rise of the IS, and the subsequent wave of refugees; simply because it is the task of the German press to generate political support within Western populations for the war against a legitimate government. The same applies analogously to the events in Ukraine. A (“successful”) militant coup was promoted in Kiev against a legitimate government, and plunged the country into chaos, bankruptcy, and civil war.
Former CIA agent Robert Baer described in a recent interview how the “company” bought out government officials, consultants, journalists, and military; all in the context of a war to dismember Yugoslavia. Now Yugoslavia’s importance geopolitically is negligible to say the least. One can imagine how much effort and money the CIA has invested to shape a country like Germany to its liking. And the more some loudmouth for US policy drums up support in the glow of a large media presence, the more likely it is that we’re dealing with a criminal from the CIA payroll.
