Most sources claim that DF-31's NATO code name is CSS-9, but latest Pentagon report uses code CSS-10.

Here is quote from Pentagon's 2011 China report.
China is modernizing its nuclear forces by adding more survivable delivery systems. In recent years, the road mobile, solid propellant CSS-10 Mod 1 and CSS-10 Mod 2 (DF-31 and DF-31A) intercontinental-range ballistic missiles (ICBMs) have entered service.

China may also be developing a new road-mobile ICBM, possibly capable of carrying a multiple independently targetable re-entry vehicle (MIRV).

This and many other sources use CSS-9.
MissileThreat :: CSS-9 (DF-31/DF-31A)

I edited wikipedia and replaced CSS-9 with the CSS-10. Correct or not?

css-9 is df-31
css-10 is suppose to be df-41, however some believe cf-41 is actually df-31A being misidentified soooo there is no css-10 right now
