Constitutional right of a people to protest ....No U-turn there...IK took an oath to protect the rights of the people of Pakistan...I believe something new for MOST...coz so far constitutional right has been practiced for harming the state! To provide containers to protest is to make it easy for them to use their right. Doesnt mean that he agrees with them or encourages it!

But it is not right to go against GOVT and state institutions THAT comes under some other heading
