Hull-grade steel is probably going to be their first bane..we can get down to more painful details from there.

PhDs are bad, both my parents finished their's when I was about 3, little toddler Dilli never got time with them.:frown:

Yeah, I know. That's precisely why I left....... too much study and ZERO return...... doesn't matter, hers will finish in couple months....

Well they do get to call themselves Dr. and my dad's was pretty practical..he traveled all the present day naxal affected areas intensively..came plenty in handy later on..even for me actually..read up most of his old books which he used to go through in his college days,

Dude all of this crap is meaningless...it's just how our societies are structured that we give importance to such meaningless initials before ones name.. my dad has one and my mom is a medical doctor, none of it means crap...... in life there is nothing better than cash as an equalizer, and then some. From my point of view children need to be taught 90% practical side of life and 10% a good education up to graduation, only if it's from the best uni out there.... rest doesn't matter whatsoever.

True, practical education goes a long way.

Hell I've never missed out because of having spent zilch time with my parents as such outside of academic matters..such as ensuring that I sat down and studied under their watch when I was kid..BUT IF my dad hadn't hammered a sense of discipline into me early on I'd have been hooked up somewhere..junkin away.

Practicality, persistence, organization, discipline and fortitude.

The secret to success in everything..including the more "sinful" goals.:D

You are quite right. Persistence and organization will get you 90% of the way, discipline and fortitude rest 10%. The thing is, there is nothing in this world that is undoable, I mean NOTHING. It all depends on your state of mind.
