Former SSP Sindh Rao Anwar was acquitted from Sindh High Court along with his accomplices earlier in January 2023. After his court hearing, he was taking to journalists. He said that a person with name Naqeebullah Mehsud was never killed in Karachi and a fake picture is circulated in news media to damage Pakistan.
