The 98th Street property is registered on the names of SYEDA MAIMANAT MOHSIN, ALI AZIZ SETHI, MIRA AZIZ SETHI. They are probably wife and children of Najam Sethi.

The Riverside Boulevard property (the premium one) is registered on NAJAM SETHI and SYEDA MAIMANAT MOHSIN names.
