Very good. Depends on provinces as well. But i can tell you just good family oriented women. They work 3x more than a man, will earn, look after the home, make meals and everything inclyding looking after mother in laws.

THey are from island of Java - came over 400 years back. mostly mixed with other moslem communities. here it is not uncommon to mix within moslem ethnic groups. The name Malay is incorrect.

I mean its still not common to see mix marriages in Pakistani society itself some people have provincial mentality folks should marry Punjabis only I see this whole episode there the Pathans mix a lot with the Punjabis I see that Balochis keep to themself big problem if you see lack of that in Pakistan provincialism will arise then you get sepratism crap sooner or later, I think this the enigma of many Pakistanis they all for "Ummah Chummah" but they wont let their sons or daughters marry with a Foreign Muslim regardless even if they are from a neighboring country like Iran, which we share a lot of cultural links but they will come with some bs exuse on sectarian lines

Inter ethnic marriages do happen in Pakistan: My Granddad was a Punjabi from Awan tribe, My grandmother belonged to wealthy Urdu Speaking family and my mom's family originally migrated from Kashmir. Its a funny combo, very fun family reunions.

I am not saying they dont happen but they are more common nowadays which could be good for making Pakistan more nationalistic
