What's new

my class test went wrong

What usually works for me is taking a moment just before exam when you are sat infront of the paper, just take a breath, clear your mind and go "okay, here we go...."

Luckily I am not particuarly prone to panicking, I can usually blank that sort of stuff out, but taking your time and just keeping control of time and what not does really help.

But sorry pal, I know how it feels to bomb in an exam, luckily I have been able to make up for any f**k ups- hopefully you can do the same.

dudes believe me or not, im not lying, if i was 100% up for it, i wont have been so stressful in the first place

i knew before i was gonna panic, i dunno why but i just knew it wont go too well, i have given tests before but never panicked

i guess one needs to be tension free before the test, and i was downright shivering and my fingers were literally going numb as i was typing from minute one, just like some panic attack, and it was in my head that im not gonna do well,i tried to control it but believe me it just went out of control

guys believe me it has something to do with psychology, i cant explain it..

yes i agree with a guy who said, just relax your mind and say to yourself im gonna do well and stay positive before starting of the test

test was shitt simple,i was actually expecting much harder

Well i tell u something personal..
2 times in my life i had this feeling...

1st was in 10 grade for the under 16 interstate basket ball tournaments.I filed initially and regained my footing due to the support of my team
2nd was the first time i entered the final for a quake 3 and unreal2004 5day marathon tourney with over 2000 participants.

both these times i was shaking bad... but one thing i can tell u ,its a form of performance Anxiety .
Itll pass the more u experience this scenario noting to worry about...

Ive ssen my team mates shivering during tourneys even tho they are veterans..Just dont be afraid of failing.

There are many shortcuts in life, if you know where and how to use it. :azn:

.
+ just try and forget about it now- what's done is done, who knows on results day you might be pleasantly surprised.

. . .
I had never got this feeling ever in academics :hitwall:

Whenever I get challenge, just take it as your frontline enemy and smash over..... You would be the winner!!!

Take a summer semester if you can and make up for it...but don't fret over whats done - learn how to not panic the next time.

my word of advice . stop playing around on pdf and stop blaming others . you did badly , deal with it , do better next time.

Come on mate!

That was first year in college, was busy enjoying new found independence, girls, alcohols, cannabis. You know how life is, right? And when i realized that i've to study, it was too late.

And hey, got confirmation of acceptance in a good European university this evening, waiting for even a better one.
