HAL and DRDO can learn much from them....

DRDO and ADA is learning with every step they are taking. And they are not that far behind. ADA also designs LCA and will design future fighters in 3d virtual reality. Rafale has 3d virtual cockpit for studies, ADA makes a real cockpit for studies. MOney also matters, just compare the amount invested in Rafale with that of Tejas.
