Yes their were some Indian Muslims who wanted to stay with India but their is no excuse to make fun of entire Indian muslim population who have been persecuted by hindu extremist for many years. They can not even unite because they are being out numbered.
The reason why Pakistan was made was because of British Empire approval and without them Pakistan would not have been made so consider yourself lucky that British Empire experiment has back fired on their @rse big time thats why Pakistan is now epicenter for all kind of foreigner agendas.

Pakistanis now a days are getting excited and emotional and talking about taking 200 million refugees or breaking India into a dozen pieces. Little do they know the reality.

For example, Around a decade ago, I had some Indian Muslim friends who used to take a dig at Pakistan every now and then due to terrorism. And I used to take a dig at them due to Gujarat and Babri mosque incident. They always used to play it down by saying something like communal violence happens sometimes and then the difficult time passes and everything goes back to normal and how they are proud Indians, how every one of them is like brothers to each others and how Pakistan is a failed state.

I am quite sure this one is another one of those 'difficult days' which will simply pass away.

8 of them were majorly muslim dominant
now comes the princely states which most were muslims anyway

Indian Muslims played role in Muslim movements we know this. Acknowledge please west that became Pakistan had some fierce people who were not going to share themselves with post British in India. Our ethnic groups were not going to be subdued by then the British new it and so did the Indians. The British drew a accurate border knowing where India people’s are residing and west becoming Pakistan except for Kashmir, While East Indian Muslims were just sadly swallowed up and there states in that big sHit hall of slum.

As for situation in India, the truth is most of today's Indian Muslims themselves and their forefathers criticized the idea of Pakistan and have considered it a failed state for the past 70 years.

Spent past 15 years in the middle east, hence speaking from a personal experience. If you have a Hindu and an Indian Muslim friend, the Muslim would Never leave an opportunity to take a dig at you. Its time for reality check.

For many among them - not all (there is a minority who fully support Pakistan):

- Pakistan is a failed terrorist harboring state.
- Pakistani founders especially Quad-e-Azam was a greedy politician who rose to fame and overnight carved out a new country just to get himself the highest seat on government which Gandhi dint give him.
- Pakistan hasn't acted to the benefit of Islamic world infact if Muslims were united in India, India could serve better for the matters of Muslim world (quite laughable).
- Whatever hatred is there against Indian Muslims is due to Pakistan (seems they never knew of Chhatrapati Shivaji and ambitions of Maratha empire or its followers today - the RSS).
- For them Kashmiris are some ungrateful lot and whatever happens there, Indian state is acting in its full right - No mercy.

Now regardless of whatever a person's thoughts are they should never be a reason for a Muslim to be not concerned about another suffering Muslim or any other human!
