Few years back I used to visit best gore website daily. Then I started having anxiety and panic attacks.

I was on etizolam, zapiz and SSRI for 6 months. Now I have I stopped watching gore.

I am glad you sought professional help, i don't know much of the gore sites but believe you me those are kindergarten stuff to those who deal with them on a daily basis.

Being on anti depression pills for 6 months was a terrible experience.

Once I smoked some charas thinking it will calm my body and mind. But it triggered the worst panic attack I ever had. My heart palpitations went crazy. It went on for 45 minutes. I thought I was going to die. Had to rush to the hospital in the middle of the night.

No more gore for me. I am not that strong hearted anymore.
