Multi-billion-dollar project: Work on ‘changed’ corridor route has begun: ANP

The parties of KPK i.e. ANP,PTI, QWP who have raised noise are nothing less than political stunt (Apart from ANP which remains a hardcore Pukhtoon Nationalist party). The comparison with KBD is also incorrect because the first route will be operationalized using the already infrastructure which will pass through (Balochistan,Sindh,South Punjab, North Punjab,Hazara Belt and GB).The only thing not covered would be Pukhtoon Dominated areas of KPK and Balochistan. Which plays perfectly in the hands of ANP. PTI has no choice but to raise a louder voice than ANP to undone the political sympathies of ANP. Karachi-Lahore motorway would be a game changer for Pakistani logistics as it would provide a quick and efficient route for movement of goods and people throughout the country. The alternative routes will be build subsequently after appropriate security infrastructure is built along the other routes.

Does this mean the infrastructure in NA will improve ? Mostly trucks would be moving upwards which requires proper smooth roads. A win win situation for tourists as well.

AND is known for anti-Pakistan activities which is why they are utterly rejected by KPK people,they hardly matter in KPK account any more and I don'the know why govt is giving them the chance to delay the project...

PM should call all parties for APC and they should be briefed in detail about proper route ....pmln should have done it immediately after china president vists ..but still its not late ....other wise ANP will raise some nationalists in balochistan against it and will make it controversial like kalabagh dam


OUR PM wasted 5 days on yemen issue ...now he should invest 1 or 2 days for taking all parties in confidence

He should not WASTE a single second for taking all parties -- political into confidence . I say enough is enough and let the project be given highest priority and be completed asap . If anything should be done , make shahbaz shareef the admin , to speed up the project .
