Yup true that, Pakistanis seems unwilling to open eyes, they are busy in ethnic bashing, religious bashing etc with their own country mens. Seems too much divide in this country. Pakistan needs to solve its economic issues urgently, 3-4 more years like this & i'm afraid the country(God Forbid) will never be able to stand up than. Demand of this very time is to solve its economic problems & do anything to raise the economy not to mess with each other.

Every Pakistani regardless of ethnic groups, native languages, or political parties should join PAK ARMY and foil external conspiracies, but I dont trust Altaf Hussain. Its obvious he hates the existence of Pakistan just by listening to his speeches he made over the past 5 years. If MQM wants to be taken seriously by all of Pakistan, they need to kick out anti-pakistan people like Altaf Hussain out of their party.

No MQM leader supports those speeches by Altaf. Many ordinary Karachities (like me) who support MQM bash altaf on those youtube videos. But i don't understand onething that people took his one speech, what about PPP leader openly inside Pakistan saying that he will break Pakistan if zardaria orders & ANP leaders who recently, openly said that if ISI & PA want there will be peace in Afghanistan in one day but it is ISI & PA who doesn't want that. Why no one pick them every now & then. What good development did ANP or PPP gave to Pakistan instead of looting? they destroyed PIA, Steel Mill, Railways, etc. They shutdown all development work started by Musharraf in Gawadar, they have worsen electricity crises which had cause massive buisness shut down & huge jobless peoples. Atleast MQM together with Musharraf build up Karachi & Hyderabad in 5 years. If one compare Karachi pictures of 2000 with 2006, i bet he won't accept that 2006 picture is of same city the 2000 picture is from.

The problem is people like you are sitting far far away without any real stake in Pakistan. Shouting from a faraway place is the easiest thing to do.

Unfortunately, reality is that MQM is not only fascist, violent but they are also corrupt. Key requirement of MQM to re-join govt is that there won't be any audit of their past embezzlement.

Last time I went to Pakistan I hated the fact that I had to even fly through Karachi. Everything from the airport outwards looked like a war-zone. I didn't expect it was that bad because about ten years ago, Karachi was much better in terms of crime at least.
