Since Diplomat General took over from RS there has been dozens of such attacks-- suicide bombings, attacks from Afg, and now this. Suicide attacks and terror attacks can't be stopped because THEY select the target which could be from millions.
I have been advocating, only way to stop them is to raze their planning centers in Afg. Diplomat General does not have the backbone to do that.
