More than 1 mod for each sub section??

Well, some sub-section are currently only have 1 mod to look after. And most likely from the same country that the sub-section is dedicated.

I am all for mod integrity but you can't help but people are biased. I am biased, you are biased. I accepted that. We have our goal, view and objective, you can't ask someone to be totally objective toward an argument.

So will this be better if there are 2 or more mod patrolling the same sub-section as this will increase a better enforcement of the rule and also it can create a more general enforcement view rather from a single source.

We can put twenty. But modshop positions are highly specialized. They go through a lot of internal scrutiny, to make sure of such things as "bias" among others, is weeded out. Mods are not necessarily just good posters.

Our team is our greatest asset and like money, they don't grow on trees.

If there was such an abundance of mod quality people, we'd put twenty.

We are getting an upgraded moderation system to moderate large workload with limited team members. Any complaints,should be posted in GHQ or Pmed.
