The hotel should've been built next to a beach.

The whole area should be converted

a) Population should be moved towards higher ground
b) The beaches sould be converted into a Tourist beaches or Vacation spots

It really is Government reponsibility to setup a High quality , residential community for people relocated from this area

• Resettle population close to hospitals, water , sewage system , electricity , parks, school

Something like this has to be setup for relocated population on higher ground

Indian were claiming that China showed Kashmir part of India, while the actual picture above is opposite of it. Whole of J&K is in map of Pakistan....
